Nutrition Coach
Provide personalized nutrition guidance for health, weight management, sports performance, or medical conditions — helping clients achieve wellness through diet.
Nutrition Coaches (also called Nutritionists or Dietitians depending on qualifications) assess dietary habits, design personalized nutrition plans, and guide clients toward health goals like weight loss, muscle building, disease management, or athletic performance. Work settings include gyms, wellness centers, sports teams, hospitals, or private practice. In Sri Lanka, "Nutritionist" and "Dietitian" are distinct — Dietitians require degree and SLMC registration for clinical practice; Nutritionists can practice with shorter qualifications but have limited clinical scope.
